How does Free Trial work?

Trial version of NoStress software has limited term license that allow you to run the software version for a set number of 15 days with limited services in comparison to other packages.
It differs in parts: fiscalization and Book-now button.
At the end of the trial period, you can purchase a software license and activate the software you're already using.

What happens at the end of the Free Trail?

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. We provide customer service and support to all of our clients based on the package you have purchased.
Additionally, our FAQ page offers answers to frequently asked questions, tutorials and user manuals.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can change plans at any time by upgrading to more advanced plan but not vice versa.
Changing your plan will result in alignments on your next invoice. Any amount you’ve paid in advance for your current plan will be cancelled to your account, and you'll be invoiced at the rate for your new plan decreased for the price you paid in advance with the previous plan you had instead.

Do I have to sign contract?

Accepting our Terms of Services you agree to use NoStress software under a set of rules and guidelines that a user must agree to in order to use it.
It acts as a legal contract between you and NoStress platform.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using the NoStress Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Which types of payment do you accept?

Credit and Debit Cards. We currently accept any credit or debit card with a Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International.

Do I need to buy separate license for each person in my company?

No.

What browser do you support?

NoStress requires an up-to-date web browser to make sure that you can use all of our features.
NoStress currently supports the latest versions of all browsers, unless otherwise noted.
Browsers supported by NoStress include: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Apple Safari for iOS, Google Chrome for Android.

Who owns my data and is my data secure?

Can I customize software?

Yes. NoStress is developed in a way you can adapt it to your needs.
You will be guided through steps the first time you log in which will give you opportunity to customize it the way you want it.

Do you provide invoices for customers?

Yes. Invoices are automatically sent to their email each time the payment is made.
